  • 3 potatoes
  • ½ cup of all-purpose floor

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped onion

 

 

RECIPE:

In a pan, take some water, put the potatoes in it and boil them for about 15 minutes. When the potatoes will become very soft then drain all the water and mash the potatoes. Transfer these mashed potatoes into a mixing bowl and add salt and black pepper in it. Mix it really well and then makes the small rolls giving them the shape of croquettes.
